I just want to thank you (and Alexis) for the care and prompt transport for Missy. We are truly grateful for what you do. Because of Missy's old age, it was imperative that we make her relocation as relaxed as possible. When we had no other options (not to mention all the added stress with out-of-state relocation) you made sure to accommodate our needs. We all know that our beloved pets are just like children! Although I'm pregnant and a bit emotional, I felt SO at ease when you and Missy warmed right up to each other and she LEAPED into the van.
Every time I called you, I was sure you thought I was a bit "coo-coo-crazy", but with each and every phone call you always reassured me that you were available and the phone calls were no bother. You are such a trustworthy fun-loving gal; we love our pit bull and were so pleased that you did not discriminate strictly against any particular breeds and treated our baby as if she were your very own. Hello, I just wanted to write a little "Thank You" note to Cissy. She transported our dog Sampson from CT to Oregon. I was really nervous but my husband said Sampson is just fine! He actually tried to jump back in the van, that is how much he loved Cissy. Hello there, My name is Jack McGuire. I wanted to commend you and your driver for your excellent service. Cissy, your wonderful transport driver arrived at our home in Kingman, Arizona last Saturday and picked up Snuffy, our small Jack Russell. Cissy handled this pick-up with ultimate ease and showed a knowledge of animals that immediately reassured us we chose the right people to transport our pet. We were able to keep in telephone contact with Cissy and Snuffy until he reached his destination at my daughter's house on Long Island this morning, Wednesday, the 14th of December. Well, all I can say is that she is the best Pug in the world that LOVES to drive in cars. I think you must have sang to her and perhaps to all the dogs on that journey to the north from the south. She seems so content sitting on my lap in the passenger seat on our trips to the beach and just loves when I sing. She is probably a bit tone deaf because my singing leaves much to be desired but she is just so happy being free and out of a cage and being loved so much! I will highly recommend you in the future to anyone! Please don't hesitate to have someone call me of you need referrals. And please feel free to call or stop by if you are in the vicinity (with or without pets) and I will be more than happy to take care of YOU for a change. Cassi is one very happy "little puppy" and needed no adjustment when she arrived here in Sumter, South Carolina. She really missed both of you "girls" but has settled in to her new home almost immediately; thanks to your great care and "attention to detail" while bringing her the 2500+ miles from Southern California to South Carolina.
Now she thinks she's a real "Redneck"!
You know how worried I was about her traveling such a distance at her advanced age - but with your care she came through without any problems and is doing Fantastic.
