A shuttle service may be needed if a tractor-trailer is unable to access your home due to low hanging tree branches or wires, narrow winding roads, low weight limit bridges, city restrictions or steep hills. A smaller truck known as a straight truck is used and your belongings are transferred from the tractor trailer to the straight truck, which can access your home.

Free Basic Liability Protection - Basic Liability Protection - provided at no cost, although the coverage is limited - offers repair or replacement up to a maximum of $.60 per pound per article in the case of damage or loss. Maximum Value Protection -If the level of protection required is greater than our basic liability coverage, we also offer our Maximum Value Protection (MVP). MVP, our optimum coverage option, gives you complete peace of mind during your move. MVP provides full replacement protection on any item damaged or lost during your move. We will pay to replace or repair the item, which ever costs less, up to the full value of the item after the deductible, if applicable. MVP is provided for an additional cost and should be discussed with your relocation counselor at the time of your estimate.

You have many options when it comes to packing - doing it yourself, allowing our professional packers to assist, or creating a customized plan in which you start the process and we help with the fragile items. Choices include:

  • Full Service Packing: You supervise, we do the work. Our professional packers pack everything in your household, big and small.
  • Fragile Only Packing: We have spent years perfecting our packing techniques, so you might consider letting us protect your fragile items. We can create a custom packing plan based on these items.
  • Self-Pack: You take the lead on all the packing but we still provide a helping hand. We have many packing tips we can share with you and can arrange for all the necessary packing materials.
